If so, we are currently seeking a Vinyl Graphics Applicator/Installer who knows how to make clean lines, smooth finishes, and standout graphics happen — every single time!

As a Vinyl Graphics Applicator/Installer, you’ll be responsible for the installation of vinyl graphics, decals, and wraps on a variety of surfaces including vehicles, windows, walls, and signage. This role requires a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and creativity. You will become proficient in vinyl cutting, weeding, and application techniques.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Assist in the removal of old vinyl graphics as needed.
• Prepare and clean installation surfaces to ensure optimal vinyl adhesion.
• Accurately measure, align, and position vinyl graphics based on design specifications.
• Operate vinyl cutting equipment to produce precise graphics and lettering.
• Perform installations on-site or in-shop, including vehicle wraps, window decals, wall murals, and other applications.
• Apply vinyl materials using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure a smooth, bubble-free finish.
• Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and overall aesthetic appeal of the applied vinyl.
• Trim and finish edges cleanly and precisely.
• Evaluate and address any imperfections on the surface that may impact the installation.
• Maintain and troubleshoot vinyl cutting and application equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Desire to keep safety at the forefront of all work.
• Conduct quality checks on completed installations to ensure they meet client specifications and industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Here’s what you’ll need:

• 1+ years of experience in vinyl installation or related field preferred (vehicle wraps, signage, large-format graphics, etc.).
• Graphic design background or ability to read design files preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful:

• Understanding of shop mathematics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design specifications.
• Communicate effectively with sales, designers, and clients to ensure project expectations are met.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
